The Silent Auction will close at 9:00pm EST on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site.
To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
At the conclusion of the auction, your credit card on file will be processed and payment confirmed.
Winning Bidders will be contacted by a Gilchrist Representative to coordinate pick up of donated items.
Consignment Items (#200-599) that need shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS; we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
