Silent Auction Details: 

The Silent Auction will close at 9:00pm EST on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site. 
• To maximize our giveback, we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
• At the conclusion of the auction, your credit card on file will be processed and payment confirmed. 
  • Winning bidders will be contacted by a Gilchrist Representative to coordinate pick up of donated items.
  • Consignment Items (#200-599) that need shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS; we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
