AENC Silent Auction


The Association Executives of NC’s Silent Auction is held the opening night of the Annual Meeting in July. Proceeds from the auction fund professional development and scholarship opportunities for AENC Members. This year we hope to again raise over $15,000. Please consider donating using the form below, email madi@aencnet.org if you have any questions.


Who can donate?

Individuals, companies, associations, non-profits – anyone.

What can be donated?

Popular items are hotel stays, vacation packages, tours, golf passes, art, jewelry, event tickets, memorabilia, autographed items, sports items, food/wine, books, subscriptions, memberships, dinners, spa treatments, décor items, gift cards, certificates, gift baskets, etc. Please remember to list all expirations dates, blackout dates or restrictions in below form under exceptions.

 

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 2021*

DO NOT ship your donations to AENC. Keep your donation at your office/home office, just simply fill the info below to submit your donation and upload photos of item(s) or photos that represent the item on the form below (example: vacation package send picture of the resort for the stay). Due to covid we are limiting the number of touchpoints for the auction items as well as removing a congested Silent Auction drop off and pick up station at the conference. After the Annual Meeting AENC staff will send you the winning bidders name and mailing address for your donated auction item so you can ship directly to them. THANK YOU for your attention to this new protocol and your help in making this a successful and safer auction!

Expo Auctions Policies


By placing a bid on an auction item, the bidder acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the following terms and conditions and is in full agreement with such terms and conditions.

Bidder Registration

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Expo Auctions reserves the right to suspend the account of a bidder and/or cancel any bid for any reason.

Payment

In the event a bidder wins an auction, payment of the winning bid (collectively, the “Auction Invoice”) is due in full within 48 hours of the end of an auction. Payments can be made by debit card or credit card, subject to limitations set forth herein. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). ALL payments will be made directly through the auction website. 

Most lots are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of Auction Invoice being paid in full. 

All funds are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Bidding

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be deleted. Our website requires a 2-step bidding confirmation process to eliminate the possibility of a bid error. 

Minimum bid increments are preset. Bids are accepted 24 hours per day directly through this auction platform. Our site will automatically generate and send a text when a bidder is outbid on an auction. This is provided as a courtesy service to our bidders and is a non-guarantee service. Although rare, it is possible for our site to encounter interruptions in service or malfunctions. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or extend auctions that have been affected by such an occurrence. At the end of each auction, winning bidders will be notified as soon as possible via text. 

Returns

All auction sales are final – no refunds/returns.
