Silent Auction Details: 

The Silent Auction will close at 9:00pm EST on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site. 

• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
• At the conclusion of the auction, your credit card on file will be processed and payment confirmed. 
  • Winning Bidders will be contacted by a Hawks Rise PTO Representative to coordinate pick up of donated items.

  • When sending a text, please leave your full name, the event you are attending, and an item description.
• All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission. 
• Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
• Hawks Rise Elementary and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
