- The second auction will open on July 1st and close on July 10th at 3:30pm EST. This auction will also be all online – but you will be able to view items in person during the FSAE Annual Conference (July 9-10) at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
- Auction Item Pick up will be available on Friday, July 11th for those that are attending the conference. If you are not attending, we can arrange shipping/delivery.
- We are excited to be working with Expo Auctions to provide our auction services this year.
- Big Tickets – The FSAE Foundation’s BIG Tickets are your chance to win a spectacular vacation package from our participating donors! Ticket purchases are available for a suggested donation of $25 now through Annual Conference.

Silent Auction Details:
The auction will close at 9:00pm EST on Thursday, June 10, 2025.
- Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and the credit card on file will be processed.
- To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
- Items can be mailed or picked up at the FSAE Office. A member of our team will reach out to the winners to confirm their distribution preference.
- Items will only be held for 12 months. After 12 months the winning bidder will relinquish their prize.
