Silent Auction Details:

The auction will close at 9:00pm on Friday, October 24, 2025.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings after they have paid at the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Please confirm your payment with an auction representative, we will assist in gathering your winning item(s).
• If Items are not picked up on-site, they can be picked up at the Midwest Food Bank Office:
  • 220 Parkade Court Peachtree City, GA 30269
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• If shipping is needed, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file. 
  • Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

• All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission. 
• Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
• Midwest Food Bank and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
