Silent Auction Details:
The auction will close at 9:00pm on Friday, October 24, 2025.
- Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site.
- To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
- Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings after they have paid at the conclusion of the auction.
- Please confirm your payment with an auction representative, we will assist in gathering your winning item(s).
- If Items are not picked up on-site, they can be picked up at the Midwest Food Bank Office:
- 220 Parkade Court Peachtree City, GA 30269
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

- If shipping is needed, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
- Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
