The Silent Auction will close at 9:00pm CDT on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction, and the credit card on file will be processed.
To maximize our giveback, we will be adding 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction.
Item pick up will be from 8-10am on Tuesday, September 15th.
Please confirm your payment with an auction representative, we will assist in gathering your winning items.
Item shipping information:
Items with numbers in the 200's, 300's, & 500's are FREE to ship.
Items in the 400's will be emailed
All other numbers will be shipped to the address on file and we will charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
Shipping will be charged $20 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
