Silent Auction Details:

The auction will close at 7:30 pm EST on Saturday, February 14, 2026.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Please confirm your payment with an auction representative and we will assist you with your winnings.
• If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file. 
  • Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

  • When sending a text, please provide your full name, the event you are attending, and an item description. 
• All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission. 
• Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
• Bangor Viking Club and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
