Silent/Online Auction Details:

The auction will close at 9:00 pm on Monday, March 23, 2026.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and the credit card on file will be processed. 
  • If you use the Buy Now function, you will receive communication at the conclusion of the auction. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Items can be mailed or picked up at the CFHLA Office. A member of our team will reach out to the winners to confirm their distribution preference.
  • Items will only be held for 12 months. After 12 months the winning bidder will relinquish their prize.

• All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission. 
• Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
• CFHLA and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
