Silent/Online Auction Details:
The auction will close at 9:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
- Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and the credit card on file will be processed.
- To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
- Items can be mailed or picked up at the CFHLA Office. A member of our team will reach out to the winners to confirm their distribution preference.
- Items will only be held for 12 months. After 12 months the winning bidder will relinquish their prize.

- When sending a text, please provide your full name, the event you are attending, and an item description.
- All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission.
- Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
- CFHLA and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
