Silent Auction Details: 

The auction will close starting at 8:45 pm CST on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

• 8:45 PM           Closing of 1st Table  
  8:50 PM           Closing of 2nd Table
  8:55 PM           Closing of 3rd Table
  9:00 PM           Closing of 4th Table
• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Please confirm your payment with an auction representative and we will assist you with your winnings.
  • Additional Pick Up time is Monday, September 8th from 8-11am. 
• If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file. 
  • Shipping of all consignment items (#'s 100-599) will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS. 
  • Artwork will be charged $25 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
