MHEFI is an independent charitable organization that was established in 1976 with the mission to provide financial support for educational programs to engage and retain talent for the material handling, logistics, and supply chain industry. Since 1976, its programs have supported over 1,500 students and educators seeking pathways to quality educational programs and fulfilling careers in the industry. Silent Auction Details:
The auction will close at 3:00pm CST on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
- Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site.
- IF you select NO to text notifications, you will not be notified immediately.
- To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
- Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings after they have paid at the conclusion of the auction.
- Please grab your item and confirm your payment with an auction representative.
- Additional pick-up time will be from 8-11am on Wednesday, June 5th at the registration desk.
- If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
- Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Expo Auctions Online Auction Terms and Conditions
By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this auction, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with Expo Auctions to purchase the auction item at your most recent and highest bid if you are designated the winner at the close of the auction.
Online Bidding Service: Upon acceptance of your application for access to Online Bidding Services, you will receive an Online Bidding Number. You agree: (a) to use your authorized Online Bidding Number whenever you access or use the Online Bidding Services; (b) to use your best efforts to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or use of your Online Bidding Number; and (c) to assume responsibility for all activities that occur using your Online Bidding Number, including any use of the Online Bidding Services by a minor or any other party under your name or account.
Payment: In the event a bidder wins an auction, payment of the winning bid, including appropriate shipping charges (collectively, the “Auction Invoice”) is due in full at the close of the auction. Payments can be made by debit card or credit card, subject to limitations set forth herein. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Credit card payments can be made directly through the auction website. Appropriate shipping charges, if applicable will be invoiced separately. Most lots are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days of Auction Invoice being paid in full.
All funds are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Participation: Expo Auctions reserves the right to suspend the account of a bidder and/or cancel any bid for any reason.
Authority: When placing a bid, you are stating that you have the full authority to place such bid and to issue payment if you are deemed the winner of that item.
Binding Agreement: Bids entered through this online auction are considered a binding agreement. Bids may not be canceled or retracted for any reason. Our website requires a 2-step bidding confirmation process to eliminate the possibility of a bid error.
Minimum bid increments are preset. Bids are accepted 24 hours per day directly through this auction platform. Our site will automatically generate and send a text when a bidder is outbid on an auction. This is provided as a courtesy service to our bidders and is a non-guarantee service. Although rare, it is possible for our site to encounter interruptions in service or malfunctions. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or extend auctions that have been affected by such an occurrence. At the end of each auction, winning bidders will be notified as soon as possible via text.
