The auction will close at 7:00 pm EST on Friday, November 21, 2025.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.

  • When sending a text, please provide your full name, the event you are attending, and an item description. 
• All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission. 
• Please read all details submitted thoroughly. If there are questions or concerns prior to bidding, we will connect you with the donor for any additional information or clarifications.
• Burke County Chamber of Commerce and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
