Silent Auction Details:
The auction will close at 8:00 pm EST on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
- Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site.
- To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.
- Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings after they have paid at the conclusion of the auction.
- Please confirm your payment with an auction representative and we will assist you with your winnings.
- Items will be available for pick up until 1:00pm EST on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
- If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.
- Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

- All donated items are deemed to be accurate, reliable, and valid to the best of our knowledge which comes directly from the donor's submission.

- North Carolina Dental Society and Expo Auctions are not responsible for donations submitted by auction donors.
