Lanier Education Foundation Silent Auction

The Lanier Education Foundation Silent Auction will be held online this year! Bidding will close at 5:00 p.m. EST on 27 February 2021.

What is the silent auction for?

The Lanier Education Foundation is the primary community organization contributing financial support to the teachers and nearly five thousand students attending Sugar Hill Elementary, Sycamore Elementary, White Oak Elementary, Lanier Middle School, and Lanier High School. Our goal is to help every student recognize his or her potential and to enhance learning through academics, leadership, and service that will positively impact our community and prepare our children for an exciting post-secondary career.  We need your support as we continue to actively transform the way our children learn. The Lanier Education Foundation is an independent, 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that falls under the umbrella of the Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation.

The Silent Auction will be online starting Wednesday, February 10th through Saturday the 27th at 4pm EST.

When can I pick up my winning item/s?

Volunteers will be at Lanier Middle School to provide your items via contactless pick up. Simply pull up to the front doors at the middle school, provide your payment verification and pick up your item between 5pm and 7pm Saturday February 27th. If you are unable to pick up at that time, arrangements can be made. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Expo Auctions Policies

By placing a bid on an auction item, the bidder acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the following terms and conditions and is in full agreement with such terms and conditions.

Bidder Registration

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Expo Auctions reserves the right to suspend the account of a bidder and/or cancel any bid for any reason.


In the event a bidder wins an auction, payment of the winning bid, including appropriate shipping charges (collectively, the “Auction Invoice”) is due in full within 48 hours of the end of an auction. Payments can be made by debit card or credit card, subject to limitations set forth herein. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Credit card payments can be made directly through the auction website. Appropriate shipping charges are added to each lot shipped.

Most lots are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of Auction Invoice being paid in full. 

All funds are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Shipping Policies

Lots ship via FedEx or USPS. Winning bidders are responsible for any shipping costs. 


Once a bid is placed, it cannot be deleted. Our website requires a 2-step bidding confirmation process to eliminate the possibility of a bid error. 

Minimum bid increments are preset. Bids are accepted 24 hours per day directly through our website ( Our site will automatically generate and send a text when a bidder is outbid on an auction. This is provided as a courtesy service to our bidders and is a non-guarantee service. Although rare, it is possible for our site to encounter interruptions in service or malfunctions. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or extend auctions that have been affected by such an occurrence. At the end of each auction, winning bidders will be notified as soon as possible via text. 


All auction sales are final – no refunds/returns.
